Transformer Shop is an eCommerce store that specializes in step-up and step-down transformers, helping customers safely convert power between international voltage standards. Their products are essential for people importing equipment from overseas and older Australians using caravans equipped with appliances that require power conversion.
We were tasked with designing and building the Transformer Shop online store, with a focus on clarity, trust, and ease of use. Given the technical nature of the products and the diverse customer base, the website needed to educate, simplify, and guide buyers—many of whom were unfamiliar with electrical specs but knew what problem they needed to solve.
The result is a clean, informative eCommerce platform that makes it easy for customers to find the right transformer for their needs, regardless of their technical background.
